These Terms of Use define the conditions of use of the "VR Shogi" application provided by WatnvStudio. Users are requested to use this service in accordance with these Terms of Use. Article 1 (Prohibited Matters) In using the Service, the User shall not engage in any of the following acts.

1. Acts that violate laws and ordinances or public order and morals.

2. Actions related to criminal acts.

3. Acts that may interfere with the operation of our service.

4. Acts that cause disadvantage or discomfort to other users of the service or other third parties.

5. Other acts that we deem inappropriate.

Article 2 (Disclaimer)

1. We shall not be liable for any and all damages incurred by the user as a result of this service.

2. We are not responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes between the user and other users or third parties in connection with the service.

Article 3 (Suspension of Provision of the Service, etc.)

1. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User for any of the following reasons.

   1. When the provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, or natural disaster.

   2. In any other cases in which we deem it difficult to provide the Service.

2. We shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by the user or a third party as a result of the suspension or interruption of the provision of this service.

Article 4 (Change of Service Contents, etc.)

1. The Service may change, add, or discontinue the Service with prior notice to the User, and the User agrees to such changes, additions, or discontinuation.

Article 5 (Modification of Terms of Use)

1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without requiring the individual consent of the User in the following cases.

2. The modification is in the general interest of the user.

3. The modification of these Terms of Use is not contrary to the purpose of the Service Use Agreement, and is reasonable in light of the necessity of the modification, the reasonableness of the modified content, and other circumstances pertaining to the modification.

この利用規約（以下，「本規約」といいます。）は，WatnvStudio（以下，「当方」といいます。）が提供するアプリ「VR将棋」（以下，「本サービス」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。ご利用ユーザーの皆さま（以下，「ユーザー」といいます。）には，本規約に従って，本サービスをご利用いただきます。

第1条（禁止事項） ユーザーは，本サービスの利用にあたり，以下の行為をしてはなりません。

1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為

2. 犯罪行為に関連する行為

3. 当方のサービスの運営を妨害するおそれのある行為

4. 本サービスの他のユーザーまたはその他の第三者に不利益，不快感を与える行為

5. その他，当方が不適切と判断する行為

第2条（免責事項）

1. 当方は，本サービスに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について、一切の責任を負いません。

2. 当方は，本サービスに関して，ユーザーと他のユーザーまたは第三者との間において生じた取引，連絡または紛争等について一切責任を負いません。

第3条（本サービスの提供の停止等）

1. 当方は，以下のいずれかの事由があると判断した場合，ユーザーに事前に通知することなく本サービスの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができるものとします。

   1. 地震，落雷，火災，停電または天災などの不可抗力により，本サービスの提供が困難となった場合

   2. その他，当方が本サービスの提供が困難と判断した場合

2. 本サービスの提供の停止または中断により，ユーザーまたは第三者が被ったいかなる不利益または損害についても，一切の責任を負わないものとします。

第4条（サービス内容の変更等）

1. 本サービスは，ユーザーへの事前の告知をもって、本サービスの内容を変更、追加または廃止することがあり、ユーザーはこれを承諾するものとします。

第5条（利用規約の変更）

1. 当方は以下の場合には、ユーザーの個別の同意を要せず、本規約を変更することができるものとします。

2. 本規約の変更がユーザーの一般の利益に適合するとき。

3. 本規約の変更が本サービス利用契約の目的に反せず、かつ、変更の必要性、変更後の内容の相当性その他の変更に係る事情に照らして合理的なものであるとき。
